    As I visited the public library to return Ferrante #4 last December, I stumbled upon Dolores Redondo’s Legado en los huesos (The Legacy of the Bones) in the New Books section. As I eyed the familiar cover – all the Spanish editions share a similar cover, with greenery and a woman – I realised that it had been a year since I had read El guardián invisible (The Invisible Guardian), the first installment in the series.     As many of you already know I’m Spanish, but I tend to avoid Spanish literature as much as possible and have done so since I can remember. I read better and quicker in English, and I feel much more at ease in the Anglo-speaking world. However, last year I heard about a crime fiction trilogy called ‘the Baztán trilogy’ by Dolores Redondo.
